There are 'potions' but they're mostly based on traditional real alchemy, mixing herbs and plants to help heal sickness, cure hangovers, numb pain, give an energy boost.

I love the Kingdom Come Deliverance games because I feel like in a market saturated with fantasy, to have an open world game grounded in the real world where you just play as a person living in 1403 is so cool. No magic, no monsters, just you, a horse, and a very smelly world.

They're great! Lovely texture. The downside is the shell is not really meant to be eaten, and the actually edible seed inside is super tiny so it's hard to get to unless you deliberately tear it open. So a lot of people just crunch on them for the taste and then spit it out!
