I just got a new neon fuchsia dye and thought I'd try it out. I dyed a sweater-lot amount to start this Westknits #FirRibSweater.
It's beautiful, but when I say I have never worn pink and have no idea why I did this... I cannot emphasize how much I do not wear pink and do not know why I did this 😬🤷‍♀️

My mindset is that querying is like dating, if it's not a good fit, then a rejection is better than trying to force it, so I'm trying to look at every rejection like a date that wasn't a good fit. Gotta kiss a lot of frogs! 🐸😁

My partner and I are both querying literary agents for our novels and he suggested a contest for who can get the most rejections in November. I just got my first one! I'm winnnnnning! 😅

I thought they would be rock hard and really difficult to carve but they were kind of the consistency of a carrot, and it ended up being easier than I thought it would be. 😊

We hung them up around the house, but I made sure to blow them out before I left bc I was so worried the tea light inside would burn the twine (and then the whole house down 😅)
