You're gonna laugh... I've been taking photos with my phone for years now. The latest few are from a Pixel 10 Pro

I've been picking through my own profile because...boredom I guess?

And holy hell do I post a lot of photos. I've begun to wonder how long I can keep doing what I'm doing before people find it tiresome

I -do- put text here sometimes as well...but a picture is worth a thousand words, as they say 🤷‍♂️

To this day, I keep confusing Liquid Death with Death Wish coffee. You know the one--with the unauthorized quantities of caffeine and whatnot

Were it any other passenger, I'd have been more polite. The problem is the all-knowing, infallible attitude a few "pilots" imply with their title

Pilots are people, and people inevitably make mistakes. That attitude is dangerous--mistakes not only make them look more foolish, but will be magnified

No matter who gets into my plane, I warn them of what not to touch. Today I got the age-old response: "I know. I'm a pilot"

Dude then sticks his phone in my face during takeoff. I push it away with "as a pilot, you should know better than to do that..."

This is why I can't take "pilots" seriously

Sights like this always look a lot cooler with the naked eye than they do in a photo

I've always loved seeing the contrast created from one ridgeline to the next on hazy days

There's even a formula! Take whatever value for maintenance/operating costs/etc for any usual, everyday thing

I'd like to believe the "licensed" part is implied. Because who's going to introduce themselves with "I'm an UNlicensed pilot"?

Okay, so pretty sure *everyone* will agree that tourists are generally obnoxious, clueless, inattentive, etc

But if everyone everywhere frowns upon tourist behavior, why do tourists all behave that way anywhere you find them?

The only logical answer: they are not of this world ☝️
