1. You're wrong-hate wasn't 'defeated' in 1865. Slavery ended, but Jim Crow, segregation, lynchings, and systemic racism followed for 100+ years. Union cannons didn't erase hate, they ended a war. Stop rewriting history to fit your narrative.
