The Near Earth Hubs linked on jinteki.net is super helpful, because it actually has a way to play Netrunner against a CPU to refamiliarize myself with the rules. Cool as hell!

Blitz the League rules because they have an entire alt-history timeline for all their teams, including a team plane crash leaving only 3 players alive (who weren't on the flight), a coach being taken out after two straight losing seasons, a 4 year general strike over a drug test policy...
