Apologies for the lack of content, life has been hectic and I've been sick on top of all of it.

When a child turns five, they are brought before the Oracle. The Oracle then reads their possible futures, giving them 3-15 classes that would work for them. As they age, these classes will be brought down to at least 1. When they reach middle school, they will choose the 1 class they wish to pursue

Eventually it became associated with the God of Fertility, as it was the last day your harvest could be plentiful, and is now the most common night of conception (much like X-Mas for us), especially among newlyweds.

Now kids go from door to door in search of candy, while Ma and Pa work on a sibling

The farmers would send their kids out for the night to go play with their friends. Those kids and their friends then went into town, receiving gifts and goodies in an attempt to garber favor with the children's parents so that they would trade goods with them instead of a competing village.

Crysta has its own set of holidays, and tonight is no different. The holiday tonight is called "Night of Many Children"

Its a Goblin holiday. Started out as a celebration on the final day of harvest for farmers, which at the time were mostly Goblins due to their hardiness.

The children of Humans and a being of another race will almost always be the race of the other parent. Though if a mix with an Elf, a Goblin is born! If a Human mixes with a Beastfolk, a Werefolk will be born!

Humans are also major activists, pushing for accepance of all sapient races!

In this setting, humans are not actually the most common race! Most races have equal numbers, though some are much rarer such as The Awakened, and others are much more plentiful such as the Umberbees.

Humans have what is known as "Skeleton Key DNA" meaning they can mix with nearly any race!

Studies come in two varieties: Major and Minor. Major studies provide a +2 bonus to a designated skill, while Minor studies provide only a +1. However, both studies provide a passive ability that can be used throughout the campaign!

The power of knowledge and experience is powerful indeed...

What are Studies? Studies are a set of topics that one may have studied in schooling to receive their Class certification. Often they are extracurricular activities that can help them someday in the future!

More info in the thread below, but they probide bonuses and passives for the player!

In this system the bread and butter is a character's Spells and Techniques. Techniques are used by martial classes, while spells are used by magical classes!

There is no set spell/techniques list. All Spells and Techs are CRAFTED BY THE PLAYER!!! Creativity is paramount here!

Some armors or shields let you eplace your Avoidance roll's bonus with your Fortitude, plus the bonus the item provides, while certain Studies (something we'll cover down the road~) allow you to add certain skill bonuses to the roll!

When attacking or being attacked in this system, you'll have to make a roll to determine if you get hit or not. This is called the Avoidance roll!

When rolling an avoidance roll, you roll a d20 and add your Avoidance bonus! This is determined by many factors, but mostly your Agility!

And for ranged weapons, like a Gun or a Bow, you roll with a mixed bonus! Half your Agility added to half of your Affinity!

When making an attack in our system, you roll to attack. Depending on the kind, however, you'll roll with different bonuses!

For a heavy physical attack, like with a mace you'll roll with Power

For a dexterous blade like a knife you roll with Agility

For a Spell you roll with Affinity!

Apparently I can't freaking count. Five stats, not six.

In this system, you have six major stats! At level one, you get 10 points to allocate between the stats and can remove up to 5 points to allocate elsewhere. The maximum number of points in a single stat is 10, which provides a +10 bonus!

The stats:
Power
Affinity
Agility
Fortitude
Mentality

The setting of crysta is what could be considered modern fantasy. However, instead of a modern world with fantasy elements, instead, it is a high fantasy that has advanced to the modern age!

Cars, trains, elevators, cell phones, etc. All exist in this world, but with a fantasy swing~!

Hello Bluesky! I am currently making a TTRPG system and figured I could use Bluesky to do it! I'll be trying to make one post a day talking about mechanics in it and such, I hope you all enjoy!
