Utahraptor ostrommaysi.

A genus of Dromeosaurid, that lived during the Early Cretaceous, around 139–134.6 Ma, in what is now Utah, US.
When it was discovered in 1993, paleontologists would describe him U. spilbergi, but due to disagreements, the specimen was named U. ostrommaysi in 1995.

I guessed the dinosaur right but the Pokémon wrong (although I guessed the pre-evolution, so I was close).

Amargasaurus with Dragonair?

A creature based on the Pokémon Snivy, a green theropod dinosaur with a fat, elongated, snake-like body, vestigial arms and legs, large eyes, a beak-shaped mouth, a tuft of green feathers at the tip of its tail, and two long yellow feathers on its shoulders.

This artwork was created based on an idea from a friend. He theorized that the Pokémon Snivy might be a type of snake-like theropod, so I drew exactly that: a basal theropod on a early stage of developing a snake-like body.

This is something that will happen because different devices have different image resolutions. Typically, colors on cell phones tend to be more saturated, and that's something you can walk around if it bothers you too much.

Trying slightly less saturated shades of color, just a little, may help.
