Amazing day today. Had a great run in 2v2s with some huge wins and a close game against kedako on stream. In the main bracket I was playing scared and not my usual self but today I played so fucking good. I know I can show up at these offline events after today.

first watch but rewatching the anime elevated that view. I love how the anime shows the frustration of coming short of your goals. It’s not all sunshine and rainbows where each character always succeeds. For Kumiko, the protagonist, she wants to be special by playing (2/8)

2024 was up and down for me as I had some very bad lows but recovered nicely in the latter half of the year. A nice thing that happened that year was that I rewatched Sound Euphonium for season 3 which helped me recover. I already thought it was pretty damn good on my (1/8)

I won the sin scuffle

Sad that many people aren’t giving dragon ball daima a chance and thinking it’s “GT 2.0.” It’s such a great extension to the series with a lot of love and care put into the world and animation. Especially since this is the last work from Toriyama and a poetic end it’s sad to see.

seeding, my character/game changes, or a mix of everything. Idk I've felt pretty good progress playing long sets against certain people so maybe things will get better as I keep playing this patch.

Despite factually having my best results this season so far, this is the most unsatisfied I've ever felt competing in this game. I feel like this is the most inconsistent I've ever been just randomly going 0-2 in some tournaments. Maybe that's just all in my head, unlucky

I've been thinking about when is the point where you're too hard on yourself. If you're trying to improve to be the best at anything, there's a minimum amount of discipline you need to avoid complacency and keep pushing. But maybe I've been way too critical of myself lately.
