Like I don't think they're consciously going out of their way to make your life miserable; it seems more like they just have these kinds of thoughts instilled in their heads so they end up projecting it without even noticing.

Yeah I know it's much worse here. I'm just saying that it wasn't uncommon for people to have these kinds of thoughts in the past is all, albeit it's more extreme and still prevalent here to this day.

People back in the old days weren't exactly known for being open-minded. 😅

These kinds of people were usually brought up in an environment where they're taught to never, ever question authority and when said authority doesn't understand something that well, they just sort of... force their beliefs onto others

Conservative ppl who grew up in an era where nearly everyone taught them that they'd be shamed to death if they wear like that and are thus projecting the way they were raised onto others
