Conchiglie and broccoli, with sauce made up of anchovies, chickpeas, cumin, paprika, garlic, black pepper and lemon juice.
It's a close-run one, but nothing will ever beat Nev's save at Spurs. I was right behind it - the Spurs fans were in complete disbelief, all talking about it on the way out.

All their meat is from their own herds, butchered on the premises. I think they do delivery. If we ever go near the Cairngorms, we're in there!
It's lovely. Main thing is to make sure it's not overdone. The farm shop we go to does lovely thin cuts of venison haunch which aren't at all tough.
