Country's not a genre I've explored much, so this was an education for me. I learned I like sad songs WAY more than happy ones.
This one was my overall fave!

Oh, interesting POV - it's not often you hear songs with an adult narrator talking about their relationship with their parents...
And yeah, explicitly miserable in this song, and I dig it...
Like this one too - do I just dislike songs where the singer is happy???! 😆
If they're singing about being miserable I'm on board straight away... 😅

Interesting idea for a stall!
The musical style of this track isn't quite to my taste, but the lyrics do paint an evocative coming of age narrative!
