I haven't started dieting though, I've been on a diet for the past year and all the water weight has long since been shedded and my diet hasn't changed other then eating /more/ food.

It's weird, I've been starving conatantly and eating a more then usual due to bad sleep/stress, and I've lost like 5 more pounds over the last couple weeks. I'm about the lightest I've been in a long time. My belly sure doesn't show it though. Losing muscle maybe and just putting on more fat 🤔
