Just because I don't particularly want to look at, download or create #NSFW games doesn't mean I should prevent you from doing so, if that's your bag.
Are there some people that shouldn't be able to access these things? Yes. Do controls already exist for that? Also yes.

I think the most interesting aspects of this for a #gamedev would be the memory restrictions.
Like, we'd have an entire game - audio and all - in less space than you'd devote to the icon these days.
