It's a Deno Typescript -> JS bundler, essentially a Deno CLI wrapper around esbuild.

Includes some convenient dev tools like live reloading, a local server, and building CSS/MDX.

You get SSG for free, but can expand to SSR. You'll want to add your own glue or code to host production sites from it.

It's not a full framework, but there's also no limitation to just SPAs. You'd can simply add your own router (e.g. Hono) and SSR logic (a few extra lines of code).

likes are a poor signal:
· 1-bit (can't express different degrees or emotion)
· entangled with social signalling
· don't indicate deeper engagement with the content (did you actually click, read thru, enjoy)
etc.

this intent should be configurable per session, rather than a universal engagement score that platforms assign for you today
