I love working in a field where people feel comfortable going to a conference in anything from a suit to jeans and sneakers (and there’s even someone in a tricorn hat!)

Meeting new people at this conference and telling them I finished my Masters program in 2009 is surreal. Feels like yesterday, how has it been 14 years since I was in school?

Well I don’t have an old blazer either, I’ve pretty much always shunned professional wear and think I’ll continue that trend 😆

Tampa near USF, not sure about shopping options around there. Mostly just hate the idea of business wear in general (or even business casual at this point), I don’t know how people do it

Preparing for my first professional conference in many years and don’t see a dress code on any of the conference materials, but their photos from last year look pretty casual. Torn between panic purchasing a blazer to cosplay professionalism or just packing the jeans I know I’ll end up wearing…
