Did you read my reply? He makes deals with people who harm others. As for guns, he has examples from other countries that have experienced gun violence to follow (too many, sadly) if he wanted to craft another speech. He's good at speeches when they're about trade and money.

Not only are some of the people around me stupid in terms of not understanding how wonderful our country is, but absolutely ignorant of the work, policies, processes and costs required to do what they think will be easy. I can't even begin to understand the lack of long term thinking.

I think we need to stop electing business owners & require a background in constitutional law and/or diplomacy. My ex always thought that countries should be run as a business; that has lead to disaster led by several crime bosses.

It occurred to me yesterday that it may be time for the UN to move its headquarters out of the US.

What can we do?
