Sure! When you go back in the app, there's a "forgot password" link in green below the sign in. Click that, then enter your email address used to originally set up the feeder. It will send a link to reset to your email. If you're unable to do that, let me know and we can try something else🐦

An app I've used is called "animal help now". It can put you in touch with the correct people/orgs in your area. If the bird is still able to fly, it may be difficult to capture. But a local rehabber may have ideas.🐦
