Toronto on-street parking rates could increase again this year It could cost more to park on the streets of Toronto later this year. The Toronto Parking Authority (TPA) is proposing an increase of 25 cents per hour for 20,768 on-street spaces.

World leaders need to look to Spain right now. I am so exhausted hearing about polite, calm diplomacy in the face of two countries starting illegal wars, lying about it, murdering children, and committing genocide in plain sight. It's shameful. A comparison layout of two different headlines by the NYTimes. The first headline, "Iran says dozens are killed in drone strike on school," casts doubt because it implies that there is no official US statement on whether they hit a school, and the strike claims no responsibility because it was done as an act of war. The second headline reads "9 killed in Israeli city near Jerusalem after Iranian missile strike." it Implies that this is a true statement, and names a perpetrator who is at fault. Implying it was an act of aggression not retaliation for strikes on Iran.

Notice the difference in the reporting here.

My eyes aren’t getting any younger and it shows when focusing manual macro lenses. Connecting my camera to my iPad Air via an HDMI capture device (that only cost about $30 CDN) looks like it will make focusing easier.
