I’d add one thing that part of manning up is for all men (including me!) to see the value of positive online discussions which can involve being challenged. Too often I see discussions turning into a d*ck-swinging contest.

And yes I know that women cannot magically be given sole power for decades to come. But IMO it makes for an interesting thought experiment. The current system is patriarchal, and damaging.

I would say part of manning up means not accepting a system where men are not seen as the de facto leaders.
