Nope. never saw it till last night.

Naturally, I could point out pop culture references to the film such as the ghost busting pack, Ecto1, the Stay Puff Marshmallow Man and of course, the song. But as for the film itself, nope.

There are many MANY popular cult films I have never seen. I very rarely have enough uninterrupted time to enjoy films.

I enjoyed it. Really impressed not just at the amount of practical effects, but also how well they still hold up against modern techniques.

Is it the best film ever of all time in all of mankind as my cousin insists? No. What is the best film ever of all time? Dunno, can't say I've seen it yet.

On the downside:
Succumbed to a second wave of flu last night. Haven't really slept as my back muscles were constantly tensed with cold.

On the upside:
Being stuck in bed with iPlayer, I finally got round to watching Ghostbusters for the first time! 😆

We're doing a thing this Saturday! I'll be there, for ALL of it! Come watch us all drawing tiny horses and saying naughty words in real time!
