Every time someone tells me about how great and refreshing it is to play this game vanilla, and then I do, and I'm reminded of all the quality of life things I've had modded out for so long I forgot they were annoying problems, like sims musical chairing it up, and these hideous monsters 🥴

Post apocalyptic style apartments built in The Sims 4. White and brick building featuring wall climbing foliage, cracks, dirt and grime streaks, bars on the windows, boarded up door, and the road is covered in various rubbish, rusty and burnt out cars, old tyres etc etc.
