The Scottish Parliament has just voted to pass the SNP Government's budget at stage one.
Our budget includes a record Β£21 billion for the NHS and scraps Labour's two-child cap.
The only parties not to vote for these policies were Labour and the Tories.
Labour's Anas Sarwar says heβs open to working with Nigel Farageβs Reform UK βon a case-by-case basis' to become First Minister of Scotland.
