It takes all of us, not just storytellers, to build narrative power We don't all have to be good storytellers (we don't even need to be storytellers) to add to the power and reach of good narratives. Here are some low-hanging things we can do.

We often talk of how Britain looted African art and are showcasing it in European museums. But what about the relics left in Africa that need repatriation to Europe?

We can start with homophobia, a legal relic of colonialism that still haunts the halls of our laws and penal codes.

Now she lifts her pale forearms and thoroughly washes her face. Now she snaps her wings open, and floats away. I don't know exactly what a prayer is. I do know how to pay attention, how to fall down into the grass, how to kneel down in the grass, how to be idle and blessed, how to stroll through the fields, which is what I have been doing all day.
