I'm too hard on myself. I don't always see my self-improvement. Sometimes it takes me having a breakdown and people going "Why are you crying? You're doing fine. Get up, dust yourself off, and keep going!" then I can see clearer. Self-improvement is a neverending cycle of falling and getting up.
