The 3 bike lock keys I carry daily (for 3 different bike locks, including my kids bike lock) take up as much volume as 9 standard door keys. Why?!

random question for the bike commuters: why do bike lock companies need to make their keys so oddly shaped so the keys will not sit flat like other keys? I realize disc retainer locks need thicker metal, but it's the plastic bits connecting to the keychain that mess everything up.

Someone called today because he had the wrong number and forgot to hang up while he laughed and chatted with his buddy about how the probably just called a proctologist or something. 😆

My academic life hack is that I use "Dr. Colby Moorberg" on my voicemail for my personal phone not because I want to sound stuffy, but because it screens most calls I get before they actually leave a message. They think they called a medical professional and hang up right away. Works like a charm!
