I still have progress to make and that is okay. Growth is not linear and self worth is not earned by hitting a number on a scale. I am proud of who I am right now, not just who I am becoming. 🌱

Since June last year, I have lost 45kg, almost 100lb. That is real work. Real effort. Real commitment. More importantly, I have been learning to treat myself with kindness instead of hate. ❤️
