This is deplorable! His wife said they were shackling his legs together and handcuffing one arm to the bed. And he CAN’T WALK! These ICE Agents are out of control and NO ONE is monitoring their behavior at all. Breaking a man’s leg to detain him! This is why rules and discipline are so necessary.
