I think I might have become obsessed with Good Omens the past few weeks (I have been obsessed with Good Omens for a few weeks) because it's nice to think about some characters who *don't* want the world to end in fire. Or even at all.

Someone at the con told me when they saw me that their theory that all Crowley cosplayers are hot holds up. So. Apparently I'm hot?? Never been called hot before, that's a first.

‘Our Flag Means Death’ Took Queering History to New Depths in Season 2 Sure, Anne Bonny and Mary Read were IRL lovers, like the show portrays. But many new characters and storylines this season nod to pirates who were barely mentioned in history books.

I don't know what you mean, OFMD s2 only had 6 episodes. Calypso's Birthday was the finale and it was a wonderful episode to end on. (this is what I'm going with)

I loved the first season of OFMD to the point of obsession, I even wrote an academic article about it which is accepted and forthcoming (at a very slow pace).

Just finished S2 and this was not for me. The season really frustrated and upset me. If you loved it, I am glad!

Went to say "beltalowda" to myself and pronounced it in a cartoon Swedish accent like the Swede on OFMD.

who scheduled Our Flag Means Death's episode drops?! why would you do three the first week, then one for the normal-length finale? just do two each time! this is madness!!

Our Flag Means Death is the gayest tv show about pirates I've ever seen, and I don't know how much you know about pirate media, but let me tell you, there is some fucking fierce competition for that title

this season is going too fast. i fear not enough episodes remain to do what needs to be done. but loving the bittersweet middle-aged queerness. though honestly i'm still a good omens (s2) girl. god bless the fandoms every one! (not even using an emoji because they are all trash on this platform)
