As for height, nothing is clear at all, since Toffee is on par with Rastiсor, which is at least 6.9" (my friends and I measured by Heinos) or slightly higher than Moon, which is 5.7".. I took the average of these two.

I really like the style, I think it's pretty distinctive, but I never learned how to replicate it.
