To qualify that further, those 2 hour waits that signify a destroyed economy only concern the ultra wealthy if we're talking wait times for luxury items ordered for home delivery.
For the rest of the country, finding things that are still affordable, or being paid enough, is of greater concern.
Right-wing politicians seem perfectly happy to inflict cruelty as a means to subjugate scapegoats, increase their own control & inflate their own personal wealth.
Beware those that promote these ideologies...
...for it reveals how little they value your rights...or your freedom
Funnily enough I don't remember reading similar front pages when Jeremy Hunt bought *seven* luxury seaside apartments from a Conservative donor, in breach of his government's own money laundering rules

Worth noting that, according to right-wing politicians & the wealthy tax avoiders that 'own' them, the 'fix' for the unfairness of low pay is to demonise Universal Credit claimants, reduce the benefits & make it harder to claim.
They do this to avoid to paying people more money or taxing the rich.
Right-wing politicians are in the pockets of the wealthy.
They do as they're paid to do by cutting public services, subsidising low wages with UC, & lowering taxes for the rich.
In return, we subsidie their greed with revenue syphoned to tax avoiding companies through crony contracts for donors.
A good idea that'll never happen because the greedy companies that won't pay decent wages & won't pay tax, also own the politicians who would have to change the UC & tax rules to make their paymasters pay staff more or pay more tax...
...& that'll never happen.
Most companies making vast profits also pay their staff pitiful wages.
Their staff end up claiming Universal Credit in order to survive.
UC is funded from taxation which the greedy companies (& wealthy tax avoiders) avoid paying.
Which means we're subsidising greedy parasites that buy politicians

If the sun was shining when Fartage was woken by his alarm clock, he could appear on UK media to claim that, by setting his alarm, he caused the sun to rise...
...& not a single right-wing media hack would call him out for mendacious deception.

Elected because Tories had created a shambles by neglecting everything they couldn't cut or steal, Labour inherited debt & failure.
So instead of making lives better, they've tried, & failed, to be more Tory than the Tories.
...Maybe it's time Labour were the Labour we wanted when we elected them.
Farage: We Brexiters don't want the UK to make deals with the forins...
Also Farage: Why won't the forins make deals with us...
I guess being a two faced grifter makes it easy for Farage to look both ways, hold opposing viewpoints, & simultaneously insist both are his position.
Photo of Farage grinning as he reclines on leather seats in a Belgravia club Reform UK leader Nigel Farage in the bar of Boisdale of Belgravia, his unofficial office, last week SUNDAY TIMES PHOTOGRAPHER RICHARD POHLE Nigel Farage: If I can't give young men a voice, wait till what comes after me The Reform leader on his plan for taking power, starting by tearing down the parliamentary system
Nothing better sums up the threat to our democracy and country than this far right cosplaying champion of the working class lolling about in a Belgravia club and the Sunday Times giving him a megaphone to honk out his ruinous Trumpian populism to a public tired of govt failure (that he helped cause)

A 9th anniversary Brexit analogy.
Imagine the deals, benefits & freedoms the EU gave us were represented by a bowl of water.
Brexit meant the UK tipped out all of the water & we replaced the bowl with a sieve...
...& ever since, Brexiters have tried to convince us that Brexit still holds water.
Brexit is magic.
Somehow, it made all the wealth vanish into the pockets of the billionaires that conned the public to vote for Brexit...
...plus, it's consequences hide in plain sight & no one ever mentions the cause or questions how the wealthy got away with the Brexit scam.
Trump's private army...

If you're thinking of voting Reform & you or your family receive healthcare or take medicine, think again.
Reform will abolish free healthcare. It's their policy.
You'll need insurance but existing conditions aren't covered...& you'll pay the full manufacturer price for meds.

Imagine you employ a cowboy gardener named Nigel to reform your garden.
He imports toxic orange soil from the US, makes you pay extra for sunlight & rain, & destroys the garden but blames the neighbours.
& he's never around to do the work, but always appears when it's pay day.

Reform invent scapegoats & bogeymen with which to enrage the gullible.
Then, once elected, Reform triumphantly announce they've solved the problem they invented.
That they only exist in the minds of Reform voters is irrelevant as reality & Reform don't inhabit the same space.
#NeverTrustReform
Reform highlight the vast cost of UC & draw attention to proposals to cut it from some claimants, but...
They don't mention that many need to claim while working full time just to afford food.
That's because many businesses (& Tory/Reform donors) avoid tax & pay minimum wage to increase profits.
To decide whether a politician is trustworthy, ask yourself, do they serve the public interest or their own self interest.
Those that change their colours & therefore their principles, at the drop of a hat, or rejected politicians desperate to get reelected, are wronguns...& Reform is full of them.
DEI - Choosing the right person for the job, so long as they have the right qualifications.
Right-wing politics - Choosing the white person for the job, so long as the have the right connections.
Tories wanted to abolish the BBC & turn it into a subscription service.
That change would've enabled them to sell it to a US billionaire owned right-wing media group...
...So they loaded BBC news with right-wing management...
...who now platform Reform who'd sell it, & the NHS, to Trump's mates.
