Example: A friend of mine is a master welder. He welded by hand for many years. The company he now works for hired him to inspect welds done by robots. This was a smart decision, but he will one day retire, so they should train newbies on manual welding so there can be future humans-in-the-loop.

Training AI is not a replacement for training people. We must have human experts to supervise the machines, and that expertise comes from decades of hands-on experience at all levels of a field. If we don’t recruit and train rookies today, we will not have that master-level talent tomorrow.
