Lol, yeah. That happens to all of us. My clubbing days are long gone. I think you’d be surprised at how little there was of the dress irl. It hid *nothing*. I’m quieter now but never think that I’ve grown up - even though I’m now old, :). Life is too short to bottle everything up and not laugh.

lol, it is pretty well totally transparent in reality, and you are right to be concerned about structural integrity. It was pretty fragile. I doubt that there was any warmth in it - there is nothing in the mesh - it’s completely open.

If you were wearing it out you’d need to be confident.

Or find someone to hug it out with. I had cats as pets for years. Great company and relaxing (albeit with maintenance and responsibility)

Yeah, don’t bottle it up. Chill. Some things are infuriating but totally out of your control. Help where you can and look after your own mental health.

More of a chain mesh than a dress to be honest. Part of a bunch of props and jewellery that I bought for shoots. Always on the lookout for fun things to photograph. ;)

I can understand the feeling. It’s ok to be angry. Just try to remember that not everyone is to blame, and that you can’t control everything. I struggle at times to let go but have learned that there are still so many beautiful things and people to enjoy. Most people are trying to be nice.

Sadly true. I’ve been watching the US descend into fascism for a while. Right now it looks worse than ever. Glad I don’t live there.

If nothing else it's a camera that you always have in your pocket, and is why I buy the Pro/ProMax when upgrading. Before upgrading to my current A7RV I found that I was switching to my iPhone as it was often better than my Nikon D90.

Sexual assault is under-reported. Its effects are often under appreciated. Bringing it into the open can hopefully help in both aspects, so that victims can get the support they need, have confidence in reporting and any potential perpetrators be dissuaded.

We’ve all taken the bait and responded at times when we should just ignore it.

Good on you though for standing up for women’s rights. There are times when your response will resonate with someone else reading, and that’s ultimately more powerful than the troll.
