Jaqq is practically forced to believe in a higher power on account of accidentally becoming part demon and all the religious and spiritual people he's surrounded himself with, but he's more anti-theist than anything

Cowl and Caper don't believe in a specific God perse, but they were raised to believe in the natural wonders of the world and that their clan needed to do what they could for others even if the gods refused to. For the sake of all, for the sake of life.

Starting from characters with probably the closest relationship with religion to the least -

Nicolas Barber was probably raised Catholic, which slid neatly into his vocation as a daemon hunter

I should write up some kind of sample interaction doc between the two of them at some point

Do I have an explanation for the time displacement?

No. This slime is simply plucked out of a future timestream and placed in the present by my own whims. Finlay will not know when xe is or why until xe sees people far younger than xe remembers.

I should at least try writing stuff for them, especially the time displaced genderfluid slime

I think the only character I have a complete sketch of at this point is Jaqq but I DO have some comms pending so it'd be nice to have one of them saved as a template for later

Putting a note here to eventually write something for the guy who turned homeless people into trees as a public park enrichment project

Literally every OC you draw here is sexy it is like a natural law or something

The big thing is I tend to weld my OCs' stories and characterizations to whatever RP settings I drop them into so it is a Slow Complicated Mental Process to imagine verses and stories where they just exist as Themselves untethered from prior settings
