I totally agree; I share with this with them too as a confidence boost. What they do is really university level. I also think I would struggle with the writing; two essays without having the physical book with you or a sheet of quotes, plus include a translation in the alloted time is hard.

We used the names released by exam boards for the new GCSE and written boy/girl underneath to increase familiarity with the list of names. ( Again the idea is stolen from someone else but I can't remember who). It really works its magic ! They even say "bonjour / au revoir Alessandro "

No more after school meeting. The dream ! For glue sticks, someone shared the idea of naming the glue sticks. It works like magic. I have the same stock since Sept ! Never happened before..
