It is with sad news that due to the forecast of extreme heat for this weekend, we unfortunately have had to reschedule our picnic that was originally scheduled for Saturday 22nd Feb.

However! Fear not, because we have just pushed it one week to the 1st of March.

It's a perfect opportunity to share experiences, make new friends, and enjoy meaningful conversations in a welcoming environment.

Join us for a relaxed evening of social engagement with fellow Polyamorous, Ethically Non-Monogamous, Relationship Anarchist, and intentional relationship enthusiasts. We are inclusive of the LGBTIQ+ community and welcome individuals of all sexual orientations and gender identities.

It is also the second anniversary of the new Polyamory Flag, which is the colour inspiration for our logo.

From here, the Canadian Polyamory Advocacy Association launched the first Polyamory Day in 2017, which is now celebrated internationally.

On this day in 2011, the Canadian Supreme Court made a decision that made a legal distinction between polygamy and polyamory, making polyamory explicitly legal in Canada.

Here’s what we’re after in a venue:
* Accessible, queer-friendly, and welcoming to diverse groups
* Open to the ENM community
* Close to public transport with reasonable parking options
* Offers food options and reasonably priced drinks

Why? We want to reach different parts of our community and make it easier for everyone to join in. Other areas—like ticketing and advertising on socials—are managed by our fantastic volunteer team, so you’ll be able to focus on finding and organising a venue.
