idk if anyone else does this, but when I'm asked to give feedback on a service rep I always say they deserve a raise. Because maybe they can use that when it's time to negotiate~

Oh sorry I should give context~! It's an action roll for a ttrpg system, so the numbers are how many dice I can roll for each ability. (4 dice for expression, etc.)

I rolled 10 D10 dice for my action and none of them were a success~! Anything between a 8-10 is a success, and you get to re-roll 10s~
