It’s called ROC (Ring of Champions). It’s like small ass local VFW hall folding chairs type stuff. All the dudes in my family went for Father’s Day and we had so much fun we haven’t missed one since.

Man, it’s really a dad’s favorite things weekend. Who Framed Roger Rabbit last night, Ghostbusters in the theater tonight (with a Shadow Cast), board games and an indie wrestling show tomorrow! Somewhere in there we might need to clean something I guess…

Trump is coming to Warren, Michigan tomorrow. It's one of the first places Bernie and AOC went. There's a protest all day, all day.

. I’m fine with the bosses being stronger than the players because that’s a challenge, but it seemed to be overpowering, even though we did wind up winning in the end.

I think I’d give this game one more look, but I wasn’t over the moon for it.

I also found the combat a little unbalanced, considering the bosses just auto hit you when you attack and you have no defensive actions, but as a player, if you attack the boss, you have to roll for success

The artwork is very cool, reminiscent of Cuphead, and I thought the concept overall was very neat. The gameplay fell a little flat for me. To be honest, my compatriots and I did not coordinate our character selections at all, so we didn’t have much that we could play off of.

Then players play on randomly generated maps with various obstacles, working together to defeat the bosses, earning loot rewards to help them to further face their challenges.
