Just listened to Taylor Swift's new album, The Life of A Showgirl. I admit it's not my kind of music. It's overproduced as is standard with this style of music, and the songwriting is what you'd expect from TS. Fans will love it. I'll probably never listen to it again. And the fans can enjoy it.

The UCP is financially incompetent. But the most obvious and fair solution is a PST. However, Albertans are like Americans and they are fundamentally opposed to the word tax. And, rightly so, they don't trust any provincial government to spend the income wisely. No good outcome in sight.

The answer clearly does not lie with either political party. It only lies with the people. And if Americans do not start to fight to preserve their republic NOW, it will be completely gone in a matter of months.

They are purposely destroying the public education system by underfunding it and funneling money to private schools. They are purposefully destroying the public healthcare system by underfunding it. And yet they have money to have political rallies and call the the "Alberta Next Panel".

As a sound guy I'll reiterate a point. Keep the diagram clean clear and simple. We don't need cute pics of band members. We need a clear layout. Add band members names and instrument so we don't have to call the bass play "Bass" but can use "Sally". Listing things that need phantom power helps too.

I need to say a few words about Darren.
He was, in many ways, the doctor all doctors needed to be. Compassionate, caring, an advocate and a poet. We were all privliged to have him in our world.
And we are poorer for his departure from it.
Wherever you are, I hope there are paddles and pedals.

This is a horrible and sad loss. Dr. Markland was an outspoken advocate for a better AB health system. A great loss for all.
