The media won't tell you that people are still suffering from & becoming disabled by Long Covid. Each infection increases risk, even a mild case & even if you think you did fine previously. The pwME in vid calling for return to “old fashioned convalescence” reminded me of a neighbor who got mono in 1950s. Her doc advised family to support her rest. Took 6 months, but she recovered from bedbound never to relapse.
