Well... they had the tool, all that was missing was the title bar. Which THEY toggled off.

(3/3) This has happened 4 times out of 8 this year. The other 4 the spot was already taken by the time I got there in the first place, which is far less annoying.
It would cut 80% of walking time if I could get it consistently, but luck is not on my side.

Yet by the time I'm turned, magically someone is suddenly pulling into that spot. So I now have to circle around and go for the further away spot that's now behind me. (2/3)

It's genuinely impressive how many times the closer parking spot to my work has been essentially sniped under my nose.
I have to turn around to actually get there, that takes like 10-20s. The entire street is empty. (1/3)

Holy shit, HP lost me as a customer and that purely by having to deal with them at work, not even a personal issue.
I'm currently waiting 3 Months for a laptop repair.
Got confirmation on Thursday that they'd finally fix it this Wednesday.
