O governo Tarcísio diminui os recursos destinados a cultura e, deste modo, parece que não teremos Proac de Quadrinhos este ano (cujo edital estava previsto pra ser lançado em agosto, mas até agora nada). Se isso se concretizar, será a 1º vez desde a criação do Proac HQ que não teremos um edital.
