"Welcome to my home. One moment.."

He walks to another door, one of deep green, and opens it up. He puts his fingers to his mouth and whistles loudly. Within seconds a large great-horned owl lands on his -

-the sprawling space is filled with various items. The floor they're on is lined with doors of differing colors, shapes, and sizes, at least 80 of them. The next 4 floors above them are filled library stacks and thousands of books. And the top floor is his weapons museum.

In the pit in the center-

-conjure a door right in front of them. It's a deep brown color with a weathered looking bronze handle. Felix pulls a key similar to the one he gave her from his pocket and unlocks the door. When it swings open, she's greeted with the sight of his observatory.

6 floors high and completely round, -

-Again, and he's no longer alone.

He nods when she says that she would like to see his home.

"I believe you'll find it quite comfortable as well as an insight into who I am."

With a wave of his hand the chairs, candles, and drinks disappear. Now, in the moonlight, he speaks a spell in Celtic to-

"Again you speak with so eloquently that is makes my soul happy. Too long have I been subjected to the vile speech patterns of this modern world that it's refreshing to find someone that shares my love for elocution."

The kiss helps him push past the remaining doubt he has. He has found love once-

-both glasses he takes a sip to try and calm his nerves. Is it worry or excitement that's brought this on? Perhaps a bit of both.

"If you would like, I could show you my home. I think you'd appreciate it."

-what happens next. It's been so very long since I've had someone to share my life with. I feel like a book with empty pages, ready to be filled with adventures but unsure of the first step."

He conjures the two of them a pair of glasses as well as a bottle of red wine. Quickly pouring some in -

-won't let that stop me from seeing where this leads."

He leans in again and kisses her lips softly. The cool breeze of the land wraps around them as if to seal his words in promise.

When they finally separate he smiles at her, gently squeezing her hands in his

"I'll be honest, I don't know-

In that moment he feels something he hasn't felt in years. Hope. Hope for a future where gloom and loneliness weren't his only companions. This beautiful woman, this Goddess, might be his savior.

"Your words speak like poetry, from one heart to another. I still wonder if I'm worthy of them but I-

-not many share my altruistic proclivities. Many wish to rule the world, others wish to save it? Me? I wish to protect humanity from itself."

"Magic is useful, but if one relies on it too much you lose the ability to do even the simplest tasks if that power is ever taken from you."

He watches her a little bit. Just different from Hekate. There's more life in her, an exuberance that reminds him of someone he used to know

"Unfortunately -

He sips his coffee a little bit, still studying the woman across from him. It's his nature to learn as much as possible.

"While magic is at my disposal, I try not to use it for day to day activities. More fun to get my hands dirty."

He nods
"Many others, all with different abilities."

He nods at the chair as he closes his book, making note of his page.

"I'm well acquainted with the Norse pantheon. It's a pleasure to meet you. Correct, I do possess abilities. I would magic, sorcery, for lack of a better term. You must be new to this realm, if I'm your first. There are many here."

While he relaxes a little bit, a long history of altercations has made I'm very skeptical so he doesn't let down his guard completely.

"I see. Well, Sigyn, perhaps you'd like to join me and explain to me what you speak of and where you come from. And curiosity can be dangerous, if not controlled."

This comment makes him lean back in his chair, his eyebrow raised as he looks at her.

"I see. If your intentions are malevolent, I would ask that we retire to some place where innocent people wouldn't get hurt."

He's already reaching into his pocket for his bag.

Felix is so focused on the book he almost doesn't hear the woman speaking to him. He looks up to see looking at him from across the way.

"Excuse me? Oh, yes, it's quite fascinating actually."

Felix is doing what he usually is when not with Hecate or in his study these days: he's sitting at an outdoor cafe in Monaco, reading a book on ancient Tibet.

"But when I'm with you, I don't want to speak spells. I want to speak poetry to your beauty."
