Trying to make dandelion ink. Hot water pour over method. Attempt no. 1 = not so good! I was hoping for yellow not brown. Anyone have tips? I will try again with just fully opened flowers and focus on the pollen and petals. Maybe dandelion is not the best for ink making?

Today I visited the conservatory at Volunteer Park with my friend, Emily. These are just a fraction of the pics I took. There were so many pretty things!
