I’m redrawing an old image from over ten years ago based on the arcade game Final Fight.
It’s getting there. I like this revision much more.

I have had two "long dreams" in the last week and it has completely scrambled my brain. I feel like weeks have passed, and I was certain of events happening that never actually occurred.
I've been detangling the thoughts and I feel very strange.

I wish they had some form of upfront label creation like eBay.
I’m close to closing my bigcartel.

I'm struggling with the minutiae of colouring this image.
It's taken a long time to work on in my spare time, but it's getting there. It's not finished yet.
I don't think the start/stops have helped, but it's good practice.

Over a decade ago I was going through a terrible time, and I couldn’t draw, but I had a compulsion to mark make for months. I wonder if it was hypergraphia?
I’ve been scanning them for use in work and it’s really clicked. It’s given everything a real handmade touch.

I don’t know if I said on here, but I’m doing the artwork for Green Man 2026.
This was an initial unused concept. I’ve fired out so many ideas over the last two months, I’m excited to share what I’ve made, and to stockpile the back burner concepts for myself.

Yeh, it really paints a specific atmosphere for me. It’s idiosyncratic, but it makes perfect sense to me.
Melancholy but sort of vast. Makes me think of walking on the beach on the north coast of Cornwall on an overcast day, or clay pits and old industrial sites tucked in the countryside.

Back when I worked for Adobe, before they totally imploded on firefly and all this new tripe, one of my briefs was to use credit to buy stock photography to make an image.
I bought like ten variations of a near identical cats face.
I just liked the slight angle on the background head.

Wario is too powerful. Exerting himself to challenge bomberman is beneath him.

Haha amazing! I wish they stuck with the floppy books, and the Serial Box books. They changed direction at such breakneck speed, it never worked out for me.

I’m working in Nobrowish Pantones for something now, and I’m making fantasy art on the side, so I’m getting the itch!
