How US tech giants supplied Israel with AI models, raising questions about tech's role in warfare U.S. tech giants have quietly empowered Israel to track and kill many more alleged militants more quickly in Gaza and Lebanon through a sharp spike in artificial intelligence and computing services.

I would like to remind people that AI has already been used to kill people

OpenAI and Microsoft supplied Israel with AI models to track and kill people in Gaza which led to increased civilian deaths

If you’re a Democrat in Congress who is considering supporting Trump’s illegal war in Iran, please consider self-immolation instead.

I think we need to take a step back and acknowledge the absurdity of House Republicans targeting their Epstein investigation on HILLARY CLINTON (who says she never met him!) while ignoring DONALD TRUMP (who Epstein described as his best friend!)

These are not serious people or good faith actors.

re: hockey, Muhammad Ali, one of the greatest boxers ever to live, gave up three years in the prime of his life β€” years in which his fighting would have been at peak; actual money incalculable β€” rather than fight in an unjust war, so noping out on grandpa’s burger bash should be an easy choice

do i understand correctly that a couple days ago the president in some kind of fugue state hallucinated the idea that he was sending a hospital ship to greenland to treat an outbreak of some invented plague, and the governor of some state was like yes sir i am proud to be on this voyage with you

So Savannah Guthrie had to cancel travelling to Italy to cover the Olympics for NBC because of her mom’s kidnapping and the director of the FBI, who hasn’t solved the case, went to Italy to party with the U.S. hockey team. Concerning!

Free to jaywalk: How Kansas City killed the discriminatory law it helped to invent Kansas City, Missouri, became the first major city in the U.S. to repeal its anti-jaywalking ordinance, after research found that tickets were being disproportionately issued to Black men. It’s a full...

Do you know how walking was turned into an opportunity for intrusive and discriminatory policing – and how advocates and policymakers in Kansas City have shown us the way to do better?

I just want to live in a country where the leader can’t enrich themselves with our tax dollars, the government does what the people want, and the wealthy have to follow the laws.

You know, like a democracy.

among my favorite French Revolution details: the King's cousin, the Duke of Orleans, was so shook by the events of the revolution that he not only voted to execute his cousin but legally changed his name to Equality Phil.

This country is under some kind of wizard's curse where every 50 years there's a crisis that reminds everyone why it's bad for a small gang of obscenely rich assholes to control everything, and we go ohhh and then we all immediately forget again

The tragedy of John Fetterman is that he used to dress like a slob but have an encouraging spirt, making him an Oaf of Rugged Individuality, one of America’s great oaf groups. But now he dresses like a slob and whines all the time, making him an Oaf of Misery

Last night at the #DataCenters meeting in Claremore, Darren Blanchard, who has attended most of these meetings around NE Oklahoma & has some pretty impressive FOIA/ORA skills, was arrested after going over his 3 min. allotted speaking time. First arrest I've seen at one of these.

The American president is more insulated from accountability than a British royal.

Our political system provides the elite with immunity. It has to change.

I agree with the premise here, but would offer a slightly different interpretation: the US political system is no longer compatible with popular control of government.

The Senate, the two party system, a Supreme Court with a legislative veto, and presidentialism make popular governance impossible.

Prince Andrew's Arrest Across the pond in Britain, justice and accountability is a serious matter

Never in a million years did I ever fathom when I resurrected the Epstein story in 2018 that it would lead to first arrest of a British Royal in four centuries. Not since King Charles I was arrested in 1647.

Happy Lunar New Year to all who celebrate🧧

The last Year of the Fire Horse began in '66 & saw anti-war protests & civil rights struggle. It was the year Rev. Jackson left seminary to join Dr. King’s Freedom Movement.

May 2026 bring New York the same bold change people deserve.

Someone brilliant recently said, "Companies are annoyed they have to go through you to get your money."

And I think Dems are the same way.
The DNC/Dem leadership is annoyed they have to appeal to voters to get our votes. They think they're entitled to our votes simply by being "not the GOP."
