Detonator Orgun tried to adapt its namesake's weird story to game form, but it fell flat due to a lack of any real action and subpar presentation. It's not a horrible adaptation, but there are better anime-based digital novels out there to play.

Not only is Transformers: War for Cybertron a phenomenal game, but it also still looks amazing. This is a 16-year-old PS3 game! I love it and the sequel, Fall of Cyberton. Great Transformers combat, excellent presentation, and Peter Cullen as Optimus - what more could you ask for?

The new Resident Evil game has this awesome little Easter egg. If you have to be in a city when an evil corporation nukes it to keep its zombie virus from spreading, you might as well be playing Saturn.

Remember when this image was circulated of 3D dungeons in a supposed Sega CD sequel to Phantasy Star IV called Return of Alis? Reportedly, they were scrapped due to memory limitations and lagging console sales. True or not, think of what could have been!

Sega Dreamcast: Collected Works is an amazing collection, beautifully printed, and a wonderful read. It gets a full recommendation from me!
This is a major problem with retro gaming. A lot of people seems to confuse nostalgia with history and run on vibes. It's why you see so many "content creators" talking about gaming history at conventions and woefully few historians. :(

Team Andromeda made the Saturn sing, and the remake, with all the power in the world, looks terrible in comparison. The Saturn version looks leagues better and seems to play better, too.
