I’m lucky to have both sets of parents making different things. I get this blend from my mom and stepdad. My dad makes his own venison sausage and dries it in my grandmothers smokehouse. The way I’ve had it my whole life. I have a very happy deep freeze. πŸ˜€

They’ve been experimenting with the blend and this one is perfect. Almost tastes like sausage but the brisket keeps it beefy. It’s so good.

Leftovers redo tonight. Made creamy sausage & chicken pasta. So easy. Shredded chicken, sausage, garlic, Italian seasoning in a little oil to warm it up. Toss in a block of cream cheese, peppers & a cup of milk. Cook down until melted. Add in pasta & pasta water. Finish w/parm & cracked pepper. πŸ₯°πŸ½οΈπŸœ

Working on my meal plan for the week to use up leftovers. Tonight, blackened salmon w/an avocado corn and tomato salad & steamed rice (using up leftover corn side dish). Tomorrow, creamy sausage and chicken pasta to use up sausage leftovers. The rest of the buns I froze for another time. 😊🍽️🍜
