A reference sheet of a choya fan character from Guild Wars 2. Willow is a light green choya with a spider plant on top of her head instead of the usual flower. This drawing was originally an ink-blot exercise done for art class a long time ago.
My helenistic witch friend pointed out that I may have drawn a representation of Hecate by coincidence (she believes she was trying to communicate w/ me).
Not much of a believer, but what a fun coincidence.

I have no way of explaining it, but it's about it fitting the form that I pictured and making sure it looks good. I know no one sees these things at a distance but I do and it will always bother me. 😭

Anyways art rambles of the night don't mind me.

Sometimes I want to cry because of how long my art takes me.

I think the problem is that I spend so so much time on line-art/clean up. I've been scolded by my friends about it, but I legit get so bothered if the line weight or anything doesn't fit the form and that sometimes involves pixels.
