yesterday was day 7 of healthy walks 🌿 i am trying to take minimum 3000 steps outside everyday so i can get better blood circulation and easier time with my legs and knees

today i will be out for 01 hour and 30 minutes for a walk with a doggo in the forest

this is so gorgeous! can't wait to check your store out whenever i sit by a computer again 🌷
