The art was removed from the game, including the Lugia EX immersive card too (because it also showed up the same Ho-Oh art) so if you pull one of these cards currently you'll get a blank card with no art.
My guess is they will work on a new art and update them as soon as possible

If you don't know what I'm talking about, basically a Chinese artist concluded that the new Immersive Ho-Oh art was copied from their own artwork, and because it blew up, Pokemon heard word of it and concluded that the card artist didn't steal the art but received non official art as a source
