Playing 2 and 4 would make certain moments hit so much harder. To a lesser extent 3 remake as well. But I’ll be real you can probably just play 9 without 7-8 (although they’re great too, play em)

Finished RE9 and it absolutely ruled. It’s pretty much a greatest hits of all the best games in the series.

RE4 remake kicks ass

My opinion RE: remakes is that they’re always more interesting if they’re willing to make big changes, but the original version should also be made available.

Finished the demo for Dragon Quest 7 Reimagined. Lovely remake so far. I really enjoyed the first remake on 3DS and never thought we’d see it again so pleasantly surprised when this was announced. Excited for next week.
